At QuadW, I created a Catastrophic Recovery Manual to ensure business continuity in the event of a large, sudden loss in personnel. It contained detailed explanations of things like how the brand website code functioned and the process for uploading content and what various fields in the CMS did. To create the document, I spoke with a number of subject matter experts to understand the various interfaces used by the web development team and content team.

Additionally, I researched keywords and wrote long-form, inbound marketing content targeting relevant phrases. I also created scripts for videos and did English-to-Spanish string translation.
