When I joined ICG, there were no standardized templates for the many emails and faxes involved in recruiting for market research studies. I created standardized templates for email and fax blasts as well as email templates used for things like study participant confirmations. Better-organized and more-complete information reduced the time recruiters spent on writing tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities like phone screenings.

I also monitored the recruitment process and advised management if a scope or timeline issue looked imminent. I created candidate profiles based on client goals for participant screening and booked facilities for studies. When necessary, I engaged with third party vendors to assist with recruiting, reviewing contracts and making recommendations based on client needs.
