The Medline.ca project, for Medline Canada, is a multi-year project to create a B2B e-commerce website where customers can purchase a vast range of medical products.

I have written, edited, or am editing every piece of copy on the website.

In the early stages of the project, I developed the style guide and provided expert advice on e-commerce best practices, acquired working on the Medline USA website.

Since inception, I’ve written every product description appearing on the site, over 7,000. I’ve managed a team of interns working on data transformation, and coordinated translation services.

As the product copy process shifts from development to maintenance, I’ve started focusing on ensuring consistency of tone and messaging in long-form copy on the website, and writing product descriptions for the physical catalog.
